Your wallet
Rello requests your public wallet address when you choose to connect. It never asks you to paste a seed phrase or private key. Wallet authorization is handled by your own wallet.
Public reads
The balance reader uses Robinhood Chain’s public RPC. The scanner queries public Blockscout data for the address you enter. These providers can receive that address and request metadata.
Device preferences
Runner and alert preferences are stored on your device. They are not account registration. Clear browser storage to remove them.
Payment data
Recipient fields remain in the form while you prepare a payment. A transaction attempt is stopped before those fields are sent to a payout service.
Public chain limits
Blockchain addresses, amounts and timings are public. No website can promise to remove or conceal already public transaction records.
Third parties
Wallet software, payment apps and explorer services operate under their own policies. Review them before use.
